Acknowledgment By purchasing an advertising package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.

Digital Service Nature Our Services involve the immediate publication of digital content (your advertisement). Once your advertisement is published and live on the Site, you have received the substantial benefit of the service.

Refunds for Change of Mind We do not offer refunds or credits for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you simply do not use your advertising period. We encourage you to carefully review your advertisement before making payment.

Refunds for Technical Failures If you experience a technical failure on our part that prevents your advertisement from being published or displayed for the entirety of its paid period, and the issue cannot be resolved technically, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund or credit for the unused portion of the advertising period. This is determined at our sole discretion.
To request a refund under this clause, you must contact us at [refund@mwamwa.com] within 48 hours of the issue occurring and provide sufficient evidence of the technical failure.
- Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law Our Refund Policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). The ACL provides guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for the specified purpose.
If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund for a major failure, or compensation for damages or loss. This policy does not limit or exclude these statutory rights.

Moderation and Refusal of Service If we refuse to publish or remove your advertisement due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., prohibited content, illegal activity, impersonation), you will not be entitled to any refund. This is because the failure to receive the service is a direct result of your breach of contract.

Process for Requesting a Refund All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [refund@mwamwa.com]. Please include your username, advertisement details, and a detailed reason for your request. We will assess each request on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy and the ACL.
